Life demands movement, and our bodies are designed to move. I teach a contemporary approach to Pilates, using the Pilates apparatus to challenge, recover, and rejuvenate your body and mind. Let’s figure out your body’s potential together and create a consistent Pilates practice tailored to your needs - all so you can keep doing the things you love.

Providing you a safe space to explore movement

I teach out of my home in Ann Arbor, MI. In order to enter my studio the pre-requisites are this: have a body that you want to move. You can trust me to be strategic, compassionate, creative, and butt-kicking! (in a good way)

My space is gender affirming and size inclusive. In a fitness industry saturated with intimidation and exclusivity, I invite you to my studio to experience something different.

 

In-person and remote options

Work out on the equipment in my home or do virtual mat-pilates sessions with me, or a combo of the two! The perfect time and place for movement is anywhere, anytime.

I am located near the I-94 Ann Arbor Saline Rd exit. My specific address will be given at the time of booking. A short drive away if you are located in Ann Arbor, Saline, or Ypsilanti, and away from the busy downtown area!

Meet the Apparatus

  • Reformer

    The most popular form of Pilates at the moment. Quite literally hundreds of exercises to choose from creates the perfect, flowing workout.

  • Cadillac

    Use of the roll down bar, push-thru bar, arms and leg springs challenge strength and mobility in all areas. The abundant surface area of the bed is wonderful for those rehabbing injuries or those who need extra support.

  • Mat

    There is nothing quite like harnessing the power of your own body weight. We use small props (but mostly - YOU) to learn how to move with efficiency and strength.
