A full 50 minute session allows us to thoroughly warm you up, and workshop exercises in a way where you leave understanding them more deeply. A full 50 minutes to yourself with no distractions is hard to come by, give yourself the gift of attention and movement. Virtual or in studio.

Perfect for those with limited time, or perhaps you’ve got limited physical capacity coming off of an injury. 30 minutes of connected, effective movement to get you feeling great for the rest of your day. Also a more budget friendly option!
